Shelby is our Associate Wealth Planner. She assists with the onboarding of new client relationships in addition to providing support to the Wealth Advisor and current clients. Shelby graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in May and is working towards becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. When she is not working, Shelby enjoys spending time with her close family and friends. She also enjoys exploring outdoors, hanging out with her fur baby, Lenny, reading, and watching sappy love movies.

LeAnn is our Chief Operations Officer. She has earned her FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses. She assists Jimmy J. Williams with analyzing, developing and monitoring financial plans for our clients to ensure they are meeting their financial goals and receiving the highest degree of personal service, so they feel confident to enjoy life. She also serves as our Chief Compliance Officer, examining and ensuring our firm’s adherence to laws, regulations and guidelines specific to our business practices and processes. LeAnn is married to Jeremy and they have three energetic teenagers. She is actively involved in her church, loves to swim, read and spend time outdoors camping, hiking and fishing.

Anna is our Director of First Impressions. She is responsible for handling front office receptionist and administrative duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries and performs customer service work in support of the staff. When Anna is not working she enjoys spending time with her son, Nolan, her boyfriend, Drew, and watching his little brother, Ethan, play football for the McAlester Buffs. She also has two fur babies, Stella and Ofi.

Jimmy is our CEO/President of Compass Capital Management, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with more than 30 years of experience providing retirees and families guidance on transitioning from career to retirement. Jimmy's focus is taking the complexity of retirement planning and creating simple, effective plans to help you reach your goals. When he is not at work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, writing and golfing.

Ashley is our Director of Marketing. She manages our social media and helps us reach our goals by bringing attention to our firm in a number of ways. Ashley is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and a Professional Certified Marketer. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur baby, Joey, as well as her family and friends. She also enjoys cooking, reading, photography, going to concerts, and playing video games.
