Due to the recent rise of COVID-19 cases in our area, our office will be taking additional measures to ensure our clients, team members and families have the safest environment possible. You will not see a disruption in services. Each member of our team will continue their roles in providing you the highest quality of services in any setting.
We will be seeing clients by appointment only at this time. We strongly encourage you to consider a virtual appointment as our face-to-face appointment slots will be limited. However, we understand that this is not always possible and will still be offering face-to-face appointments. If you have scheduled a face-to-face appointment, you should expect a call from a member of our team the day before to check in at which point you may be asked a series of questions regarding your recent health. If you do not have an appointment scheduled, please call our office before visiting to schedule a time. If you have questions that do not require an appointment, please call our office at 918-423-3222 and one of our team members will be happy to help you.
Every member of our team has been fully vaccinated. However, we are requiring that all clients and team members wear a mask at all times in our office. We also recommend social distancing when possible. We will be maintaining our sanitization procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible. Following each client visit, all surfaces and doorknobs/handles are cleaned with disinfectant.
