Due to the recent rise of COVID-19 cases in our state,
our office will be taking additional measures to ensure our clients, team
members and families have the safest working environment possible. Just as earlier in the year when these changes first occurred, our business continuity plan will be working as designed for you, our valued clients and friends. You will not see a disruption in services. Each member of our team has the ability to continue their roles in providing you the highest quality of services in any setting. You can still call our office, email a team member or fax information to us without hesitation.
We will be seeing clients by appointment only at this time. We encourage you to consider a virtual appointment. However, we understand that this is not always possible and will still be offering face to face appointments. If you have scheduled a face to face appointment, you should expect a call from a member of our team the day before to check in at which point you will be asked a series of questions regarding your recent health. Due to the city ordinance and our office policy, you will be required to wear a mask at all times during your meeting. Our team understands the gravity of the situation before us, therefore we have implemented a sanitization procedure to keep everyone as safe as possible. Following each client visit, all surfaces and door knobs/handles are cleaned with disinfectant.
