This morning, Compass Capital Management was honored to present the 2025 Randy Hughes Excellence in Leadership Award to Mr. Martin Emery in recognition of his exceptional vision, dedication, and commitment to excellence at McAlester Public Schools – MPS.
This award celebrates leaders whose impact extends beyond their profession, inspiring others and fostering growth throughout the community. We are thrilled to recognize Mr. Emery as the recipient of the award and $1,000 for his classroom.
